Building Update!

In the house, work has continued on the final finishes with the downstairs painting finished and the lighting keypads fitted. In addition, the first fix and plaster boarding has been completed in the gym, with the flooring and wall cladding due to be installed shortly.

In the Boathouse, the keypads have also been installed and outside lighting completed.

Outside, with the the fence around the swimming pool installed and the surround due to be tiled next week, this area is very nearly completed! In addition, the landscaping at the rear of the house has been completed and the slats installed on the fire pit seating ready for the arrival of the cushions. Finally, work has also begun on preparing the driveway for the installation of the automated gates and the pouring of the resin surface!

We are set for a big final push to completion over the coming weeks, with the remaining internal and eternal finishes due to be completed.As always, a big thank you to our builders @lilburnelliottconstructionand all subcontractors for their hard work.
