Building Update!

Work on site has continued to progress well as we approach the summer months.


On the main house, the first fix of the lower ground floor is almost complete, with plaster boarding due to commence next week. In addition, the external cladding and rendering has been completed ready for the scaffolding to come down on Monday. We can’t wait for the big reveal!

In the boathouse, the bar has now been painted and the mirrors installed. We have also welcomed the beautiful chesterfield sofas from @swjamesandco!

In the outside areas, the walls and roof of the summerhouse have been completed with work is progressing well on the fire pit and hot tub area which will offer stunning views down the creek towards Salcombe!
