Building Update 16

Building Update!

Despite the recent cold weather the build has continued to progress well.

On the main house, the screed has been poured on the lower ground floor ready for the flooring to be fitted. Our plumbers @devonplumbersuk have also been working hard fitting both the pipe work for the bathrooms and ducting for the MVHR system.

In the boathouse, the feature wood burning stove has been installed by @westcountrystoves and the back bar has been built and fitted by @the_wood_shed ready for painting, with the worktop being made from the original boathouse floorboards! In addition, the concrete is due to be poured on the slipway next week!

Finally, the insulation has been fitted on the swimming pool and we are now just waiting for the supporting steels to be fitted before the concrete shell is sprayed.
