Building Update!

As we look back over the last twelve months, it’s hard to believe how much has changed.

The scaffolding and sheeting on the house has been completed, allowing for the roof to be insulated and the tiling to commence, with the solar panels due to be installed next week.

The ceiling beams have been installed in the newly-painted boathouse, ready for staining. After this, the only remaining work is to lay the floorboards, fit the bar and complete the second fix electrics — and the boathouse will be ready!

As always, a big thank you to our builders @lilburnelliottconstruction and all subcontractors for their hard work during a very challenging year.
